Germany's environment ministry called on its Czech counterpart to hold urgent bilateral talks on the controversial Temelin nuclear power station after presenting a critical report identifying serious safety concerns at the $2.5bn project. The German worries followed last month's loading by the Czechs of nuclear fuel rods in Temelin's reactor.
