Germany is on target to meet a 22,000 megawatt (MW), or one third, share of Europe's wind power production goal of 60,000 MW by 2010, the vice president of the European Wind Energy Association said on Tuesday.With 6,113 MW of capacity, it is the world's biggest producer of wind power, outstripping the United States threefold.
