Petrotech-99, the third International Petroleum Conference and Exhibition is being organised at New Delhi from January 9 to 12, 1999, said chairman and managing director Indian Oil, Mr. M.A. Pathan. The four day conference would be inaugurated by the Prime Minister Mr. Atal Bihari Vajpayee, added Mr. Pathan while addressing a press conference.
