The Godbole committee report, which has been accepted by the Maharashtra government, has called for cancellation of the present tariff structure, renegotiation of the LNG and shipping contract, removal of dollar denomination as far as fixed charges of the tariff is concerned, debt restructuring and the formation of a committee to renegogiate PPA.
