Giving priority to improve infrastructure facility in rural areas the Madhya Pradesh state government has decided to construct Swaraj Bhawans in all villages of the state. The proposed bhawans could be used by Gram Sabhas as meeting halls, school building or training place for Anganwadi workers. The Gram Vikas Samiti has been empowered to grant administrative approval for construction of the Bhawan.
