- Govt clears plan to tap rain water

The Government has cleared a Rs 37.50-crore scheme to harness rain water in the city which is aimed at controlling perennial water shortages which have come to grip the Capital. Chief Minister Sahib Singh said while the present scheme would concentrate on Najafgarh drain, the Government was also planning a Rs 578 crore scheme which would be implemented at a large scale.
