While the Delhi'ites are on tenterhooks, the Delhi government is more content in blaming the Centre for inadequate gas supplies, overlooking the important issue of retrofitment. There are about 4,200 buses booked for retrofitment, and its success would determine the number of CNG run vehicles on the road--determining in a large measure, the transport scenario after the deadline.
