The government wants the voiceless to remain voiceless. Neither does it take any action for their upliftment nor does it allow the people to do anything for themselves. This was the outcry of women of the Bhil tribe from Madhya Pradesh who have been fighting against the sale of illicit liquor in their villages and have questioned the government's neglect of reproductive health services for the rural tribal women.
