For several months, there has been a severe crunch of anti-tuberculosis drugs in government hospitals in the Capital. The reason is not clear. One plea offered is, supplies have not been arriving. The other is, the special centres for TB diagnosis and care have "full stocks". So, never mind the short supply in hospitals.
