Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi said that the State government has given major thrust on raising the human development indices in the state based on latest data. He said that the government has directed the deputy commissioners of all districts of the state to prepare vision plan for each district based on the facts and figures to improve the human development indices, a press release said.
