In its March 26 hearing this year, the Supreme Court clearly rejected the Union government's plea to allow low-sulphur diesel (LSD) for vehicles. Yet, the diesel lobby is bent on proving that introducing CNG is not feasible as there isn't enough Natural Gas in the country.
