The functioning of the rural self-help groups and the country's flagship poverty alleviation and employment generation programme - Swarnjayanti Gram Swarozgar Yojna (SGSY) - will be reviewed at a two-day national conference being organised by the rural development ministry at Hyderabad on June 23.
