The government of Karnataka has recognised the contributions of the Bharatiya Agro Industries Foudation (BAIF) to the field of rural development, and conferred on it the first ever Parisara Shree Award. It has indeed been a well deserved recognition for BAIF's relentless efforts for two decades in Karnataka to promote an integrated appraoch to rural development.
