Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu plans to train his Cabinet colleagues, MPs and MLAs in environmental matters phasing out of ozone layer depleting substances to be precise. Sources said the state government has drawn up an ambitious plan to protect the environment by involving everyone who matters in the Legislative and Executive.
