A division bench of the Gujarat High Court dismissed two petitions challenging the validity of the permission, granted to Reliance group company, Reliance Petroleum Ltd(RPL), Jamnagar, to construct a pipeline from a single buoy mooring (SBM) to the refinery site. According to a company statement yesterday, there are no more pending litigations against the pipeline project.
