Continuing the series of developmental and welfare programmes undertaken for the people of Assam under "Operation Samaritan", the Army authorities located at Kokrajhar district in lower Assam, dedicated the Haluadal Tarang River diversion channel work to the people of the region at a colourful function held at Haluadal village, near Kokrajhar town, or Friday last.
