And as if to compensate for the delay, the bus network might just come with an icing: double-decker buses ahead of the Commonwealth Games in 2010. The Haryana transport department is in the process of scrutinising the feasibility of its transport plans in Gurgaon and has commissioned a study to understand requirements of the Millennium City, top officials involved in the plans said.
