Even as the Haryana State Electricity Board (HSEB) workers union has threatened to paralyse power and water supply as well as movement of vehicle on roads from September 16, in protest against the winding up of the HSEB and entrusting the power generation and transmission work to two autonomous corporations, with effect from Thursday, the State Government has completed all power sector privatisation formalities.
