The Haryana State Minor Irrigation and Tubewell Corporation (HSMITC) is spending Rs.44 crores on construction and repair of 50 lakh running feet of water courses under a World Bank-aided project to provide irrigation facilities to 24,000 acres of additional land during the current financial year.
