The Annual Plan of Haryana for the current fiscal has been fixed at Rs 3,000 crore at a meeting between the State Chief Minister, Mr Bhupinder Singh Hooda, and the Planning Commission's Deputy Chairman, Mr Montek Singh Ahluwalia. The Plan outlay for 2005-06 is inclusive of a one-time additional Central assistance of Rs 25 crore for specific projects of particular interest to the State.
