The Delhi High Court has directed the Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) to inquire into the dispute concerning the Kakinada-based 208-MW Godavari gas power project and evolve a solution.A division bench comprising acting Chief Justice Mahinder Narain and Justice Mukul Mudgal on Friday directed IDBI to look into the matter and place its findings before the court by October 13, the next date of hearing in the matter.
