The Delhi High Court today issued notices to the Central Bureau of investigaion on an urgent application seeking appropriate action, including contempt proceedings, against CBI officers responsible for summoning and raiding offices of the petitioner in the Rs 2,000 crore Mukta Panna oil field deal.
