The Delhi High Court today issued notices to the Delhi Vidyut Board (DVB), the Delhi Government, and a Chief Engineer (District-2) of the Board on a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) seeking restoration of three-phase power connection to three villages in the Sultanpur Mazra Assembly constituency in West Delhi.The notices, returnable on June 22, were issued by the Vacation Judge, Mr. Justice Mukul Mudgal. Counsel for the DVB, Ms. A. Ahlawat, accepted the notice on behalf of the Board.
