The Delhi High Court issued notices to various Central and city government departments on a writ petition seeking proper management of fly-ash released by thermal power plants. A division bench issued notices to ministries of environment, forest and defence besides the Central Pollution Control Board, CPWD, Public Works Department of the Delhi Government, DDA and Delhi Jal Board.
