The Karnataka High Court today ordered issue of notices to the State Government and others on a public interest writ petition challenging the validity of awarding of contract for execution of Cauvery Water Supply Scheme (CWSS), Stage IV, Phase II and Stage V to M/s Biwater Consortium by Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB) and by the Government.
