The Delhi High Court today issued notices to the Chief Secretary and the Delhi Vidyut Board (DVB) on a petition seeking immediate steps to reduce the maximum level of emission from unit number 5 of the Indraprastha Thermal Power station.A Division Bench of Justice Arun Kumar and Justice A.K. Sikri said that the replies must be filed by May 8.
