The Delhi Govenment has extended the Positive Health Education Scheme to all its schools following the success of the programme introduced earlier in select schools. The scheme, seeking to inculcate healthy habits in children and educate them about prevention of diseases like cholera, dengue fever and even AIDS, was launched at a colourful function at Talkatora Stadium here on Wednesday.
