Commerce minister Ramakrishna Hegde will launch an oral health education programme called Smile For All National Oral Health Programme to generate awareness about oral health hygiene among primary schoolchildren here on Friday.According to the Indian Dental Association, more than five million school children in the age group of six to 16 will be given free dental check-ups as per World Health Organisation guidelines during the one-month nationwide programme.
