Bowing to the pressure from the ruling Democratic Front (DF) constituents, the Maharashtra Chief Minister, Mr Vilasrao Deshmukh, has agreed to set up a high-level committee to gauge the impact of power purchase agreement (PPA) with the US energy major, Enron, on the State.
