Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) has given the highest rating to Andhra Pradesh, Haryana, Karnataka, Orissa and Rajasthan in power sector reforms. These five states have been reacted 'A' for their strong commitment and compliance to reforms. CII stated, quoting its recent study, 'Electricity Transaction-Creating Commercial Outlook.'
