Annual Plan outlay for Himachal Pradesh was finalised at Rs 1,335 crores even as the Planning Commission expressed concern over decreasing trend in overall growth of Gross State Domestic Product. The Plan outlay was finalised in a meeting of State Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh with Deputy Chairman Planning Commission KC Pant at New Delhi.
