The Himachal Pradesh government will shortly come out with a new economic policy to tackle the problem of huge debts of Rs 15,000 crore, the Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh said. He told reporters that the contours of the new policy would be delineated in the annual budget for this fiscal. He said the "new economic policy would address the problems faced by our economy and offer appropriate solutions."
