Smuggling of diesel between Hong Kong, and mainland China is stamping out the demand which recently prompted a rally in Asian diesel prices, traders, said on Wednesday. This week, Hong Kong oil storage terminal operators were reporting dwendling free-on-board (fob) diesel sales, in contrast to the December and early January period.
