Mr Azad Singh Nehra, secretary of the Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee has urged the Chief Minister, Om Prakash Chautala to issue a white paper on the construction of the SYL canal in the Punjab territory so that the people of the state could know about the steps taken by the state government on the issue.
