Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL), plans to begin operations at its Vizag refinery by Tuesday. The facility was partially ravaged by a fire in mid-September which led to its closure for nearly five months. The recommisioning will begin in a small way before it goes on full steam in about months from now. HPCL officials , when contacted to confirm the news , said the cleaning up operations were nearly complete and the refinery would begining production shortly.
