Taking a serious note of a news item in 'Nav Bharat' the Madhya Pradesh Human Rights Commission has directed the Madhya Pradesh State Electricity Board Chairman, Secretary and Principal Secretary, Energy Department to appear in person before the Commission on September 27 to spell out the reasons for power cut which came into force all over the State from September 18.
