The final report of 'Hydrocarbon Vision 2025' has remained non-commital on the two critical issues of market access to private sector refineries and as well as disinvestment of oil companies, according to sources. The report has said that the Government will develop appropriate policies for disinvestment of the oil companies with the objective of realising maximum shareholder value.
