The International Energy Agency has commended Denmark for its commitment to environmental goals in energy policy and to the promotion of wind energy, and combined heat and power as a means to their achievement. The commendation appears in a report released in Coppenhagen, 'Energy Policies of IEA Countries - Denmark - 1998 Review'.
