India is looking to establish closer ties with oil and gas companies in Southeast Asia to help make up for its hydrocarbon shortfall, said Ram Naik, India's Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas. Mr. Naik was speaking at the Indonesian International Oil, Gas & Energy Conference, which started in Jakarta.
