India should focus as much attention on education and health as on industry and finance to be part of the developed world, according to Lord Swraj Paul, Chairman, Caparo Group of the UK. Addressing the CII, he said that as one of the most stable democracies in the world, India should also look at playing greater role in world affairs. "Often, India's foreign policy appears to centre on Pakistan. But this issue in global terms is small and India should address the world's problems."
