India and Pakistan on Monday agreed technical details for a planned cross-border sale of 300 megawatts (MW) of power by Islamabad, and the two neighbours decided to finalise tariffs at the next round of talks in March. "Pakistan confirmed availability of 300 MW of capacity for export to India for next 10 years," India's Power Ministry said in a statement, adding this could be increased to 600 MW according to availability, "depending upon the technical limits of the power system in both countries".
