India is looking forward to signing an MoU with Brazil for starting blending of ethanol (extracted from sugarcane) with petrol for use as transport fuel. Union petroleum minister Ram Naik, who led a delegation of members of Parliament, sugar technologists and members of the oil industry to Brazil, said as much in New Delhi.
