A high-level delegation from both Russia and India is expected to complete the 'long overdue' final round of techno-commercial offer (TCO) of the two 1000-MW Russian nuclear power plants for Koodangulam in Tamil Nadu by the end of June, the Chairman and Managing Director of the Nuclear Power Corporation of India (NPCIL), Mr V.K. Chaturvedi, has said. Mr. Chaturvedi told PTI here on Sunday that since India was interested in making use of the credit, "we will make use of Russian manufacturers' consortium to enable the payment made in roubles".
