With summers around the corner and a power crisis looming large, a Delhi NGO has suggested some demand management schemes, to curb the wasteful usage of electricity. Experts at the Indian National Trust for Preservation of Art, Culture and Heritage(INTACH) say that the white paper on power, brought out by the Delhi Government, falls short on demand management schemes.
