The Rs. 59,000 crore-turnover of refining and marketing behemoth, Indian Oil Corporation, is working on a blueprint, that should convert its mega pipelines infrastruture into a 8,000 km long underground highway for evacuating products from the west coast to the deep interiors of the north east.
