Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) has taken on lease, the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation's (ONGC) idle pipeline connecting Navagam to Koyalim to expand the marketing infrastructure of its 9.5 million tonne-capacity refinery at Koyali , in Gujarat. The capacity of the Koyali refinery is being expanded to 12.5 million tonne by the year 2000.
