An Indian scientist has recently bagged two international awards for her work on medicinal plants. Pushpa Khanna, a retired scientist from the department of botany at the University of Rajasthan in Jaipur was conferred with the Distinguished Leadership Award and the Twentieth Century Award instituted by the American Biographical Institute for this year.
