The Export-Import Bank of Japan has signed a loan agreement with Bank of China to provide 44.75 billion Japanese yen ($388.8 million) to finance a new thermal power plant, the Financial News said on Tuesday. The loan would be used for construction of two 300 megawatt generators in China's eastern province of Anhui.
