The 220-mw second unit of Kaiga atomic power station in Karnataka will be commissioned in July, according to the Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd(NPCIL) which plans to add 880 mw of nuclear power to the country's grid within one year.Other new units to be commissioned by June next year include another unit at Kaiga, and units three and four at Rajasthan Atomic Power Station(RAPS).
