A P J Abdul Kalam, Chief Scientific Advisor to the Government of India, on Saturday set the ball rolling for taking India into the fore front of nuclear power producing nations by calling for doubling of the targets set for the year 2020, from the present projection of 20,000 MW to 40,000 MW.
